Ladies of the Star |
Once again it is that time for one of Chapter 152's special events, "the LUV RUN". This is the fourth year that the LOS Rep. Karen Christensen has put the LUV RUN together. It seems that every year this event gets bigger and if it keeps up we will need 2 Buses to make the trip. With our bus filled with Larry at the wheel we headed west to Wendover, NV. It seems that our group needed to pay their Nevada Taxes in the worst way. Upon arriving at the casino our group scattered in all four directions, but met back up for a wonderful dinner together at the casino's buffet. YUM YUM.
At 8:30pm we boarded the bus and headed back to Salt Lake. It seems like everyone had a good time even though some people were "lighter in the pocket book". If you have not gone on one of the Luv Runs you are missing out on a good time. Thanks to Karen for her effort and thanks to all who came out for a day of fun.
