There are many events that touch our lives and Saturday was one of them. There are very few words we can say to help in the healing process of loved ones that are injured. When a tragic event happens to one person of the Star family, it is felt by all of us.
To George and Tracy; our prayers are with you and your son-in-law Trent, during this stressful time.
Our hope is for a fast recovery time with very few complications. Some things just don’t make much sense, but thank God
you were there to comfort Trent through a very painful time.
To Karen; A grandmother's love for her grandchild is very strong and your mother showed that. We hope that her ankle
will heal quickly so she may have more fun filled days with her grandchildren.
And to all of the Star members who were there and helped out in a bad situation, a great big thanks to you all!
Well to say the least our Saturday ride had it's good times and it's bad times. We saw some of the most beautiful country God has placed on this earth. Leaving Full Throttle at the 3400-ft. level with a temp of 70 degrees and riding to the 10,000-ft. level of the High Uintas at 50 degrees is truly an exciting event. We all enjoyed the ride up through Weber canyon to Evanston, Wyoming. We stopped for lunch and then started the next leg of our journey up over the top of the Uinta moutains and down the beautiful Mirror Lake Highway to Kamas. We had some new riders with us and they are Gary & Debra Harr, Sean Labsley, and Kelly & Jennifer Ross. Thanks for riding with us and come riding with us again or ride over to our STAR-B-Q on Saturday. And yes we have to say something about Jubilee's new ride, (lookin' good girl).
Chapter 152 would like to thank Full Throttle for allowing us the use of their show room for our meeting and for supplying us with donuts, coffee and juice. Karen introduced the Angel Ride Kids, Jacqueline and Jordon, and their mother Natalie Moss to us during the meeting. We are looking forward to the Angel Ride on July 8th.
